From the MInneapolis/St. Paul area:
You can get onto Highway 65 (Central Avenue) from Interstate 35W by taking the Highway 10 exit just north of Mounds View and following it to the Highway 65 (Central Avenue) exit. From 35E, exit on 694 west and continue to the Highway 65 (Central Avenue) exit and go north. Then follow the directions for Highway 65 below. Isanti is approximately 20 miles north of Highway 242 in Blaine. Alternatively, you can follow 35W or 35E north until they merge (near Forest Lake) and follow the Interstate 35 directions below.
From Southbound Interstate 35:
Take exit #147 (North Branch/Highway 95). Turn right and go west on highway 95 and follow it for about 1 mile to Chisago County Road 13/Intercounty H (Isanti Trail). Turn left onto County Road 13/Intercounty H and follow it 12 miles to the HIghway 65 stoplight. Continue forward through the stoplight and follow County Road 5 for an additional 1.5 miles to the “T” (County Road 10). Turn left at the “T” onto County Road 10 and follow it for a half mile to the “Y” in the road. Take the left hand side of the “Y” (County Road 68). Follow County Road 68 for 2.5 miles to our sign. Turn left into the campground.
From Northbound Interstate 35:
Take exit #143 (County Road 17). Turn left and go west on County Road 17 (Athens Trail). Follow Athens trail (turns into county road 9) for 11 miles to Hwy 65. Turn right and go north on Hwy. 65. Follow Hwy. 65 for 2.5 miles to the County Road 5 stoplight. Turn left and go west on County Road 5. Follow County Road 5 for 1.5 miles to the “T” (County Road 10). Turn left at the “T” onto County Road 10 and follow it for a half mile to the “Y” in the road. Take the left hand side of the “Y” (County Road 68). Follow County Road 68 for 1.5 miles to our sign. Turn left into the campground.
From Highway 47:
Go to County Road 8, (Mau's Corner Gas Station-5 miles north of St. Francis or 8 miles East of Zimmerman). Turn East on County Road 8, go 2 miles following the curve to the north. 1 mile past the curve turn right (east) on County Road 68. Continue approximately 2 miles to our sign on the right hand side.
From Highway 169:
Turn east onto County Road 4 at the stoplight in Zimmerman (Holiday Station). Follow County Road 4 (it will turn into County Road 8 at the Isanti County border) for 8 miles to Highway 47. Cross over Highway 47 and continue on County Road 8 for approximately 2 miles. Turn right (east) onto County Road 68. Follow County Road 68 approximately 2 miles to our sign on the right hand side.
From Highway 65:
Go to the City of Isanti, turn West on County Road 5 (stoplight), go 1.5 miles to the "T" in the road (Cty Rd 10), turn left. Go .5 miles to the "Y" in the road (Cty Rd 68), put left blinker on and go straight onto County Road 68, continue for 1.8 miles to our sign on the left hand side.
From Highway 95:
Go to Isanti County Road 10 (Palm Street-2 miles west of Cambridge). Turn South and follow County Road 10 for 5 miles. You will go through two stop signs on County Road 10. A half mile past the second stop sign, you’ll come to a “Y” in the road. Take the left hand side of the “Y” (County Road 68). Follow County Road 68 for 2.5 miles to the campground. Turn left into the campground.
