1 Hour Trip (~2 miles) Isanti drop off – Canoes, Tandem Kayak*: $25 per boat ($23.28 + tax)
Single Kayak & SUP*: $15 per person($13.97+tax)

at its finest but have a busy schedule.
3-4 Hour Trip (~10 miles) Cambridge drop off – Canoe & Tandum Kayak*: $35 per boat ($32.60 + tax)
Single Kayak & SUP*: $25 per boat ($23.28+tax)
Enjoy the smooth glide of floating and paddling this Wild and Scenic Riverway.
You can enjoy the river’s peace and tranquility.
7-8 Hour Trip (~15 miles) – Canoes & Kayak* (1 or 2 people per boat): $40 per boat – ($37.26 + tax)
Enjoy the feel of magic with your paddle dipping gracefully and silently into the river.
This 7-8 hour trip is a full day. You will pass over a historic rock dam in Cambridge that played an important role in the settlement of the area. Plan to stop at the DNR designated picnic areas to stretch and appreciate how beautiful your day is.

*All of our prices include the boat, (canoe/kayak/SUP), paddles, lifejackets, shuttle, use of private landing, free key check & parking. All trips are subject to weather and high-water levels, please check weather and river conditions before you leave home. Trip times are based upon a consistent leisurely paddle.
* All boats are required to have a valid Credit Card on file.
* 3 hour or longer trips require a pre-paid reservation.

We try very hard to maintain a family friendly environment. For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests we will check coolers and ID’s – alcohol is limited. Your pre-paid credit card is required at the time of reservation. On the day of your trip, a valid driver’s license is needed to secure all equipment rental. Lost or damaged equipment will be charged to the credit card.
You will receive an email, text or phone call. Trips may be cancelled at any time due to weather or at the discretion of Country Camping’s staff. Full refund or reschedule for cancellations made by Country Camping. If you need to cancel your trip, please give a 24-hour notice. You will receive a refund (less a $10 service fee). You must be 16 years old to go tubing/paddling without a parent/guardian. This rule applies to your entire group, and a state issued valid driver’s license should be presented by everyone without a parent.
Yes, children must be at least 3 years old and wear a life jacket for the entire trip.
For the comfort of your child/ren, please bring your own proper fitting jacket for all children 10 and under and non-swimmers.
Life Jackets are provided for everyone that uses our canoes, kayaks and SUP’s. We recommend that you always wear your lifejackets and follow the MN Boating Regulations.

Yes, you may provide your own small cooler or personal items that will fit in a canoe or kayak. Remember to be responsible and limit the use of alcoholic beverages and bring lots of hydrating fluids (like water).
Yes, you may bring your dog. We will provide transportation for your well-behaved leashed dog as long as all people on the shuttle are okay with having an animal on board. If there is anyone with ANY objections, you will be provided a ride on the next available shuttle. Dogs must be current on all shots, leashed, picked up after and owners are responsible for any damage that may be created by their dog.
Canoe or Kayak or SUP, lifejackets, paddles, shuttle, use of private landing, free key check & parking. Shuttle will bring you upriver to drop off location, you will float back to our Private Landing and walk back to your parked vehicle.
No… We do not allow the public to use our property/shuttle/landing without going through our outfitters and having the proper ticket. Those that do not have the proper ticket, will not be able to park a car or use our PRIVATE Landing. Please make other arrangements for your end of trip pick-up. Vehicles are subject to tow at owners’ expense and Trespassers will be prosecuted.
For our camping guests: We do not transport personal tubes/floats. Visitors of our camping guests may not bring their personal tubes/floats.

Country Camping is located at approximately the 30 mile marker on the West Bank of the Rum River, just south of the city of Isanti.
- Not Allowed:
- Glass or Styrofoam Containers
- Excessive Alcohol or lewd behavior is not tolerated.
- Bring your designated driver.
- We reserve the right to inspect all items.
- No excessive use of alcohol or lewd obnoxious behavior is not welcome on the river.
It is a River. Conditions are always moving and changing. It is always your responsibility to take care of yourself and others that accompany you. The Rum River is a designated Level 1 Wild and Scenic river with a sandy bottom of varying depths.
To comply with COVID-19 guidelines: *Only Guests Registered to a specific camp site (no visitors) may board the bus. No more than 10 persons on a bus. Masks must be worn on the bus.
